- Combined Synopsis Solicitation JEH SOW Quantico SOW This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requlation (FAR) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies to perform the services described herein. The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager (PM) responsible for overseeing, directing and managing its personnel. PM duties shall focus on monitoring, coordinating, and corrective action as needed, for operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualified personnel shall perform lead cleaning and janitorial services as described in the attached Statements of Work (SOW).
