- Description
- The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, F-15 FMS program office is seeking sources to determine the availability of capable contractors to provide CFRS/AMDS administrative and technical support services to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). This includes maintaining RSAF's F-15C, D, S and SA operating squadrons at up to six (6) locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a recurring requirement currently occupied by a sole source vendor. The RSAF requires contractor support to assess, install new equipment when required, maintain hardware and software, provide trained Saudi AMDS administrators, and provide familiarization training to other Saudi nationals that will enable the RSAF to safely and efficiently operate all AMDS equipment at all AMDS operating locations. AMDS technical services personnel are needed to manage and maintain AMDS equipment to carry out day-to-day reporting of F-15 post flight fault data in support of the RSAF flight operations. Most of the contractor's support shall be conducted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia except for Red/Green Flag training exercise support or other deployments. Other services include producing documents to meet RSAF requirements in the correct format and on time. You will find a copy of the "Request for Information" and "Perfromance Work Statement" attached as Package 1 and Package 2 respectively. Note: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to this questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary only. Contractors responding to this Request for Information (RFI) are placed on notice that participation in this survey does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
