- Camera locations Statement of Objectives (SOO) Request for Quote THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. SCOPE OF PROJECT This project is to install a Fire Emergency Services (FES) Alerting System for the Aviano Fire Department in multiple locations. All work must be done in accordance with the Statement of Objectives and interested vendors must ensure quotations conform to the Request for Quote (RFQ). SITE VISIT : AN ORGANIZED SITE VISIT MAY BE REQUESTED. IMPORTANT: INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD USE THE "WATCH THIS OPPORTUNITY" WEB SITE FEATURE TO BE AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFIED OF ALL CHANGES TO THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE TO OFFERORS: IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE OFFER REACHES THE OFFICE DESIGNATED FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS WITHIN THE TIME ESTABLISHED IN THE SOLICITATION.
