- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION: W912DS-18-T-0005. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, dated 03 September 2013. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS Code 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages. The small business size standard is $33,500,000. CONTRACT LINE ITEMS: ITEM NO 0001: Base Year - FFP Provide indoor parking spaces for thirteen (13) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from 01 March 2018 through 28 February 2019. Unit: Months Quantity: 12 Unit Price per month: $ Net Amount: $ ITEM NO 0002: Option Year 1 - FFP Provide indoor parking spaces for thirteen (13) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from 01 March 2019 through 29 February 2020. Unit: Months Quantity: 12 Unit Price per month: $ Net Amount: $ ITEM NO 0003: Option Year 2 - FFP Provide indoor parking spaces for thirteen (13) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from 01 March 2020 through 28 February 2021. Unit: Months Quantity: 12 Unit Price per month: $ Net Amount: $ ITEM NO 0004: Option Year 3 - FFP Provide indoor parking spaces for thirteen (13) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from 01 March 2021 through 28 February 2022. Unit: Months Quantity: 12 Unit Price per month: $ Net Amount: $ ITEM NO 0005: Option Year 4 - FFP Provide indoor parking spaces for thirteen (13) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vehicles from 01 March 2022 through 28 February 2023. Unit: Months Quantity: 12 Unit Price per month: $ Net Amount: $ TOTALS: BASE YEAR (CLIN 0001): $ OPTION YEARS (CLINs 0002 - 0005): $ TOTAL BASE + OPTION YEARS (CLINs 0001 - 0005): $ SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide thirteen (13) secure, indoor parking spaces. The parking spaces must be within a five (5) block radius of 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 and be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. The requirement is for a Base Year starting 01 March 2018 through 28 February 2019 with four (4) option years. INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS: Quotes shall be submitted by email, as a PDF document to Mohenda.R.Surage@USACE.Army.mil and must be received by the Contract Specialist by 16 February 2018 at 2:00PM. Quotes must be signed and dated, and completed with prices for all contract line items (CLINs) for the base and all option years. Quoters are reminded to ensure that online Representations and Certifications in SAM are up to date, or may provide completed Representations and certifications with their quote.
