This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective February 16, 2017. The NAICS Code is 561612 Security Guards and Patrol Services. The Small Business size standard is $20.5 million. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price, unrestricted solicitation and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
