- Solicitation Package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Native Seed Mix for the Grand Valley Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award on this solicitation is on or around February 20, 2018. All questions pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Peggy Dobie at pdobie@fs.fed.us. All Offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ), in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, to be considered responsive to this solicitation.
