- Description
- Synopsis: This is a notice of proposed contract action that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Fort Meade, Maryland will issue a sole source modification to contract HC1047-13-D-4004-0008 for DISA provided Email/Portal Solutions Support, Infrastructure Engineering Support, and Technical and Configuration Management Support. This modification will implement a requirement for DISA provided Enterprise Voice Services. This requires the addition of project management support in a short frame to ensure quality service delivery, management and sustainment to the Enterprise Voice Service Mission Partners. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the limited source authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The determination has been made that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably capable due to the proprietary nature of the requested services and no other sources would be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Limited Source Justification and Approval (J&A). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
