Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA4801-18-T-1023 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a total small business set aside. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract, the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer received. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, 06 November 2017. Provisions and clauses may be obtained via internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. The small business size standard for this code is 1250 employees. CLIN 0001 Antenna Mounting Plate for Ground Data Terminal (GDT Assembly Fiberoptic GFCI, P/N UPA96100-16); fabrication of galvanized steel to meet the specifications that will be addressed at the site visit. Qty: 6 ea A site visit is scheduled for 0800 (8:00am Mountain Time) Tuesday, 6 February 2018. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. As used in this clause- "Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC)" is a six position code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization. "Document type" means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). "Local processing office (LPO)" is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system. (b) Electronic invoicing. The WAWF system is the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. (c) WAWF access. To access WAWF, the Contractor shall- (1) Have a designated electronic business point of contact in the System for Award Management at https://www.acquisition.gov; and (2) Be registered to use WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/ following the step-by-step procedures for self-registration available at this web site. (d) WAWF training. The Contractor should follow the training instructions of the WAWF Web-Based Training Course and use the Practice Training Site before submitting payment requests through WAWF. Both can be accessed by selecting the "Web Based Training" link on the WAWF home page at https://wawf.eb.mil/ (e) WAWF methods of document submission. Document submissions may be via web entry, Electronic Data Interchange, or File Transfer Protocol. (f) WAWF payment instructions. The Contractor must use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in WAWF for this contract/order: (1) Document type. The Contractor shall use the following document type(s). Invoice and Receiving Report (Combo)¬¬¬¬¬ (2) Inspection/acceptance location. The Contractor shall select the following inspection/acceptance location(s) in WAWF, as specified by the contracting officer. N/A (3) Document routing. The 49th Contracting Squadron is interested in possibly purchasing commercial items from your company. Please quote your unit price together with your discount for volume purchasing. You MUST also indicate: - Delivery time from receipt of our purchase order to receipt of your shipment; this time frame will be a condition of any purchase order made. - If delivery costs are not included in your quote please state clearly otherwise we will assume they are included and cost will not be added to contract. All price quotations must be firm and state any expiration dates if applicable. This document and any applicable attachments must be returned to Government Point of Contact. HAFB - SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS If a site visit has been arranged provide a Visitor Access Form (VAR) to the contract specialist for Security Forces Approval at least 24 hours prior to site visit. Notify the contract specialist of your interest to attend. Arrive 45 minutes prior to event on the of the date scheduled at the Visitors Center parking lot. Late arrival may cause delay to site visit or denial of attendance to the site visit.
