- The National Forests in Mississippi, Chickasawhay Ranger District is seeking a contractor to construct a fishing pier at Turkey Fork Lake. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully design and build. ADA compliant fishing pier at the Turkey Fork Lake Recreational Day Use Area near Sandhill, Mississippi, in Greene County. This is a request for proposals which will result in award of one firm-fixed price construction contract. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government and can be made on initial offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990. The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about February 15, 2018. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out.
