- DESCRIPTION: The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to issue a contract action under the DTIP EWTS Model contract N00019-18-C-1003 in support of the F-35 Reprogramming Center (RC) located at Pt Mugu, California. SUPPLIES AND SERVICES: This contract will be modified to capture updates and upgrade the advanced Chaff and Flare capabilities for the Model and the Mission Data Tool (MDT), On-Site Field Service Representative Support (FSR) at Pt Mugu California in support of the EWTS, EW Office Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) Support, and Electronic Warfare (EW) Software Sustainment. SCHEDULE: The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded no later than 1 May 2018, with a period of performance extending through Dec 2020. Any firms believing that they can perform the effort described above related to the F-35 Lightning II Air System may submit a written capability statement to be received at the Contracting Office no later than response date indicated on this notice.
