- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA s intent to contract using single source procedures. The FAA intends to contract with TKC Global Solutions LLC, of Herndon, VA for a 1 month single source contract extension with three 1 month option periods for the current colocation service contract DTFACT-13-C-00013. TKC Global Solutions LLC is positioned to provide the additional services required for the bridge effort.
