- This notice is to synopsise the proposed solicitation for custodial services in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Spangdahlem Air Base (SAB), and Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base (GK), Germany. The 700th Contracting Squadron anticipates releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) middle to end of February 2018. Responsibile Offerors shall be able to support the KMC, SAB, and GK areas. Interested parties who may be able to provide a proposal for this effort are invited to submit an inquiry or a capabilities statement to the points of contract listed within this posting prior to February 15, 2018.
