Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), on behalf of Kansas City VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the procurement of Trans-Cardio Artery Revascularization(TCAR) implants for use in prosthetics surgical procedure. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 339112 and the Classification code is 6515. The suggested Vendor is Silk Road Medical, Inc., 735 N. Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale CA. 94085. Requested items consist of Enroute Trans-Carotid Stents of various sizes. The VA and the Kansas City VA requires these stents for use in the TCAR procedures being performed.. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
