- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to competitively solicit and award a contract for the procurement of a quantity of ten (10) Sighting Poles (Part Number 619709-2) in the base year and another potential thirty nine (39) in four succeeding option years in support of the Advanced Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator (ASGSI) units. This will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement. This competitive, 100% small business set-aside procurement will be conducted using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection approach. This requirement is export controlled. Contractors interested in receiving the necessary technical data for proposal purposes, must submit a valid, current DD Form 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement to this office. The DD Form 2345 must be on file with the United States/Canada Joint Certification Office. To file a DD Form 2345, please visit the DLIS website at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ or contact them at 1-800-352-3572. This website will provide all necessary information concerning certification under the Joint Certification Program. Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award. For more information on the SAM, refer to the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
