- MAGNETS FFP BUG-O GUIDE RAIL ATTACHING ON/OFF MAGNET AND HARDWARE ASSEMBLIES FOR USE WITH BUG-O HI-FLEX GUIDE RAIL MFR: BUG-O SYSTEMS, BUG-O PART # FDM-2010-HH Rare Earth magnet guide rail attaching assemblies must interface and be fully compatible with current inventory of Aluminum High-flex mechanized GMAW guide rail Rare Earth magnet attaching assemblies must be able to be put into service without requiring any alteration or modification Magnet attaching assemblies will be used on heated weldments---must be able to maintain250 lb. holding power at up to 356 degrees Fahrenheit Magnet assemblies must have high heat, high strength rare earth magnets. with at least 250 LBS holding power Rare Earth magnets must be engaged and disconnected by on/off style switch
