Subject: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Ventilation Assessments and Laboratory Ventilation Management Procedures 3. Sole Source: Exposure Control Technologies 231 E Johnson St Ste C Cary, NC 27513 3. Solicitation Number: LBNL-18-SS-BS03. 5. Response Date: Thursday February 8, 2018 6. Place of Performance: Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) One Cyclotron Way Benjamin Shelton M/S 76-225 Berkeley CA, 94720 7. Description of Services: LBNL intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source based on Unique capability, and expertise that no other source can provide to satisfy the Laboratory's requirements. There is likely future follow-on work for the continued development and/or enhancement of the resultant ventilation assessments and Laboratory Ventilation Management Procedures (LVMP) services contemplated within this sole source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be reviewed by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of LBNL. Responses to this notice are due on or before 11:59AM PST Thursday February 8, 2018 by email at bshelt17@lbl.gov.
