Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Financial Stability Institute, CH-4002 Basel, Switzerland, for the renewal of a 2-year subscription for FSI Connect. FSI Connect offers web-based courses on key risk management topics; such as: credit, market and operational risk and capital adequacy, and is designed for banking supervisors at all levels of experience and expertise. FSI Connect is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. FSI Connect is proprietary to Financial Stability Institute, which has no resellers/distributors of this product. The Period of Performance is April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2020. This is not a request for competitive quotations; however, information received within three (3) days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A redacted copy of the justification prepared for this procurement will follow at a later date.
