- Performance Work Statement Intent to Award The Program Support Center for Health and Human Services, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice, intends to award a sole source contract to History Flight LLC, for: CLIN 0001: Archaeological Professional Services for field surveys, field testing, and systematic archaeological excavations. POP: 12 Month Base Period with a 12 month Option Period Amount: $3,600,00.00 At the current time the sole source determination is based on contractors ability to continue to perform a follow on contract without adding additional time or money that a continued solicitation would cause. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies/organizations that believe they can provide this service without adding additional costs to the government may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time within (2) calendar days of the date of this announcement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to re-compete the described service, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government. The government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice.
