- Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested. The written solicitation is attached to this announcement. This Request for Quote (RFQ), 60RRBH18Q0001, is issued to request proposals for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2016 Installation Planning, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer/Training, and Warranty Services, and Optional SCCM Assessment Services. Please see the attached RFQ document for the Statement of Work (SOW), Clauses and Provisions, Proposal Submission instructions, and Proposal Evaluation and Award information. Offers in response to this RFQ are due by 02/22/2018 at 11:00 AM Local (CT) and shall be submitted to proposals@rrb.gov. Offerors must state in the e-mail subject line, for submission of proposals, "Proposal Submission for RFQ 60RRBH18Q0001, SCCM 2016 Installation Services".
