- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912LA-18-T-6002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $20.5M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Fire Alarm System Inspection & Deficiency Repairs ; Inspect, repair/replace various components of Base fire alarm systems as directed by the Statement of Work QTY: 1 Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Date: TBD FOB: Destination for delivery to: 144 Civil Engineering 5323 E. Mckinley Ave Fresno, CA 93727 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: • FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items • FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in CLIN 0001 • FAR 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items • FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items • FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. • FAR 52.204-16, Commercial and Government Entity Code Reporting • FAR 52.204-18, Commercial and Government Entity Code Maintenance • DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items • DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
