Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply 4,000 gallons of 40/60 Winter Blend Off-Road Diesel to its worksite at Lock & Dam 5, Buffalo, Wisconsin. Fuel will be delivered in quantities of 400-500 gallons per delivery, transferred to an above-ground 500 gallon storage tank. Deliveries will be made within 24 hours of request, Mon - Thur, 0700 - 1530. It is anticipated that deliveries will be required weekly. The first delivery is required on or before February 7, 2018. Deliveries will continue as requested until the full amount is delivered, which should occur no later than May 31, 2018. Deliveries will be coordinated with on-site supervisor, who will meet truck and assist with transport to fuel tank, approx. 3 miles down dike road from Spring Lake Boat Landing. Fuel tank fill will be by nozzle only. BIO-DIESEL and BIO-DIESEL BLENDS will NOT be accepted. Please see solicitation for full specifications. Please note: Delivery is the Wisconsin side of the river Quotes must include unit (Per Gallon) pricing. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM, have an active account, and have completed the Representations & Certification sections (FAR and DFARS) prior to receiving an award. Initial registration could take up to 4 weeks. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
