- The Lockport Service Unit is seeking to contract a psychiatrist who is readily available to treat more difficult patients that fall outside of the scope of the service units medical doctor. Proposals are due by 9:00 AM CST, March 5, 2018 and should include: A completed copy of the solicitation package (attached) Resume, liceneses, and other documentation to determine if the proposed Psychiatrist meets the solicitation requirements.
