This requirement is for NAVAIR 6.8.4’s IBM COGNOS Business Intelligence software maintenance renewal. IBM COGNOS supplies the DECKPLATE Program with software that allows for analysis, projections, budgeting, forecasting and management of data. This software support will consist of one year of software maintenance. The list of products and licenses which require software maintenance is listed below. Software Subscription and Support and Selected Support include: - The contractor will provide most current commercially available version, release, or update, should any be made available. - The contractor will provide access to IBM software technical support for government IT staff. - The contractor will provide the government assistance for 1) routine, short duration installation and usage (how-to) questions; and 2) code-related questions (“Support”).
