- Solicitation 1449 package Attachment 4 Price Schedule Attachment 3 Service Ticket Attachment 2 AT OPSEC Attachment 1 Drawing Solicitation W911SA-18-Q-3089 will be issued on or about 01-February-2018 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at USARC Facility IA007 in Council Bluffs, IA. The performance period is 1-March-2018 (or subsequent date) to 28-February-2019 with four (4) one year option periods. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. If a Site Visit will be held, the information will be posted with the Solicitation.
