Description
Draft Ordering Instructions Draft Section M Draft Section L Draft RFP The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) will be soliciting a 100% small business set-aside for a Rapid Airfield Damage Repair Command and Control Simulators. The resulting contract with be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the development and delivery of simulators as defined by the Statement of Work (SOW). Below is the information required to be in the synopses in accordance with FAR 5.207(a): 1.Date: 1 February 2018 2.Contracting Office Address: 139 Barnes Drive, Suite 2, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida 32403 3.NAICS: 541512, Computer Systems Design Services 4.Product or Service Code: D318 - IT and Telecom- Integrated Hardware/Software/Services Solutions, Predominantly Services 5.Subject: Rapid Airfield Damage Repair Command and Control Simulators 6.Proposed Solicitation Number: FA8051-18-R-3004 7.Contracting Officer: Mr. Chase Cooper (phone 850-283-6844, email stephen.cooper.15@us.af.mil) 8.Description. The contractor shall develop and deliver a virtual reality simulator to provide an immersive training environment for the management of the airfield recovery activities (Rapid Damage Assessment (RDA), Rapid Explosive Hazard Mitigation (REHM), and Rapid Damage Repair (RDR)). Contractor is responsible for providing all associated hardware (i.e., computers, switches, projectors, etc.). Contractor will provide training materials and on-site training, to include operator use, instructor (facilitator) use, and system maintenance. 9.Place of Contract Performance. Simulator systems will be delivered globally. 10.Set-aside Status. 100% Small Business Set-Aside Attached to this notice are draft versions of the RFP. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 16 February 2018. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation to include all attachments will be available in electronic format on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
