- NSN: 5340-01-305-6037 and 5340-01-305-6038, Sliding Door Tracks Right and Left Hand. These are competitive items. Drawings will be available after the solicitaiton is issued. This procurement is being solicited as an indefinite quantity solicitation under FAR 13.5. The resulting contract will have a 1 year base and 3 one year option periods. The anticipated contact will be fixed price with economic price adjustment. The annual estimated quantites are 350 for both NSNs. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. Delivery will be to any stock depot located in the continental US. FOB Destination, Source Inspection applies. First Article Testing including a Fit Test is required. The requested delivery is 285 days including FAT and Fit Test. Price and Past Performance are evaluation factors. The estimated solicitaiton issue date is 2/9/18. The solicitation will not become available unti the issue date. A copy of the solicitaiton will be availabe on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website: htt;s://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. All responsible sources can submit a proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
