- SYNOPSIS Project Title: Third Floor Chamber and Painting Project, Gignoux Federal Courthouse, Portland, Maine This is a two phase project. Phase 1 Chamber Renovations -Includes replacement of an existing wood door, installation a transom above the door, painting and carpet replacement as well as modification of existing courtroom millwork. Phase 2 Painting - Includes painting of public lobby and conference room space on the 2nd and 3rd floors. ***Pre-bid contractor walk through has been scheduled for Friday, February 16 at 9:30 AM.*** The solicitation package will be posted on or about February 15, 2018. The Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
