- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 10 Contracting Office has a requirement for Advanced Nurse Development Leadership Training. The Contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, transportation, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform contract services as defined and specified in solicitation number 36C25018Q0192. Solicitation number, 36C25018Q0192, is being issued as an RFQ. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice and a written solicitation will be issued on or about February 1, 2018. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 611430, and the small business size standard is $11 Million. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The firm must be small under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code. THE FIRM MUST be registered and be verified in the following website: http://www.sam.gov, and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. NOTE: CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO AWARD. Offerors MUST ensure your registrations in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for the information contractors register, nor is the Contracting Officer responsible for registering the contractors. ALL REQUESTS FOR DOCUMENTS AND/OR INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY to the Contracting Officer, Mary Lu Gilbert at marylu.gilbert@va.gov.
