Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, Tampa, FL, intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed price contract IAW FAR 13.106-1. for Clinical Web-Base Subscription to EBSCO Industries Inc, 30 Park Road, Tinton Falls, NJ. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519130, small business size standard: 1000 Employees. The proposed contract action is for services peculiar to one manufacturer that is essential to the Government s requirement. The period of performance for this effort will be for 12-months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. The anticipated date of award is February 1, 2018.
