- Solicitation Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Claims and Liability Procedures Department of Labor, Wage Determination Scheduled Government Furnished Property Pre-Award Survey of Contractor's/Carrier's Facilities and Equipment Background and Technical Details for Shipping Labels Warehouse Inspection Guide and Instructions Pre-Award Survey Guidelines Performance Work Statement (PWS) Bid Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; oral quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number "FA3099-18-R-0003 Packing and Crating Services" is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Subpart 19.203(b) Relationship Among Small Business Programs. The award shall be made under North American Industry Classification System code 488991 with a small business size standard of $27.5M. This acquisition is solicited under full and open competition. All responsible sources shall submit what is required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 of the attached solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Acquisition Circular 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. Proposal are due No Later Than 12:00 pm (CST) 2 March 2018
