- ASPHALT PURCHASE for DESCHUTES/OCHOCO NATIONAL FORESTS This project consists of supplying asphalt on an as needed bases for the following material: *Furnish and supply FOB Level 2, 1/2" Dense Asphalt with PG64-28 Oil. Forest Service will pick up product at vendor(s) location and deliver to project site. Option Item(s) may be added to the Solicitation for an additional amount of Asphalt supply. All Option Item(s) listed will be evaluated for award purposes; although, evaluation of Option Item(s) does not obligate the Government to exercise those options. Note: Quantities listed are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications that will be provided for this Solicitation. Solicitation will be posted on or around February 5th, 2018 and will be closing on March 7th, 2018 @ 12:30 p.m. (PST).
