Description

Sources Sought Synopsis with Contractor Capability Survey Sources Sought Synopsis AN/ALQ-135 ELECTRONIC COUNTERMEASURES SYSTEM BANDS 1 AND 2 REPAIR AND RETURN PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, logistics framework and experience to meet qualification requirements for the depot level repair of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) AN/ALQ - 135 Bands 1&2 Electronic Countermeasures System. This effort is part of the United States Government's Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP). The Contractor shall provide depot level repair of unclassified ALQ-135 Bands 1&2 components. See Attachment 1, (Repair Items), for a list of repairable parts. The Contractor shall provide labor and material necessary to perform the work effort, required under the Performance Based Statement of Work (PWS) (Attachment 2), to return all repairable end items to a serviceable condition. Repairs and shall be performed in accordance with Technical Order (TO) 00-25-234 and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals, general shop practice requirements for the repair, maintenance & testing of electronic equipment. The AN/ALQ - 135 Bands 1&2 Electronic Countermeasures System is a non-commercial system which provides radar jamming capabilities for defensive war-fighting and aircraft survivability.
