- Request For Quote This project is to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and supervision to perform a fuel farm repair study at USCG Air Station Miami, Fl. The performance period will be 50 calendar days. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $150,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2017 code is 541620. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $15 M. The anticipated award date is 30 days after quotations are due. All responsible sources may submit a quotation on the RFQ form, which shall be considered by this agency and may be submitted via e-mail to Laura Allen at laura.allen@uscg.mil. Prospective Quoters are requested to review this RFQ as soon as possible upon receipt. If a quoter has any questions regarding the solicitation which require an answer from the issuing office, these questions shall be submitted in writing on an RFI form, referencing section and paragraph of solicitation, to Laura Allen at laura.allen@uscg.mil. The deadline for submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) and be guaranteed answers is February 6th, 2018 at 12:00 P.M. The Government cannot guarantee an answer for RFI's received after this date.
