USCG CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS 8388-D SHEETS 1 THRU 3 USCG CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS 8388-D SHEETS 1 THRU 3 OF 3 USCG CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS 8388-D, SHEETS 1 THRU 3 OF 3 USCG SPECIFICATION 5758065 REFERENCE INFORMATION SHEET WAGE RATE DE17 NOTICE TO BIDDER/OFFEROR IFB SOLICITATION REPAIR REEDY ISLAND RANGE REAR LIGHT. Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment, and supervision required to complete the Repairs Repair Reedy Island Range Rear Light @ U.S. Coast Guard AIDS To Navigation Team Philadelphia, 2000 Taylors Bridge Road; Townsend, Delaware. Work includes but not limited to selectively demolish concrete base piers, and Leg C cast iron base plate, and replace with new. The work includes the preparation and painting of the entire structure. The tower legs are to be shored and the cracked concrete at the tower base piers will be removed. This is typical of all eight piers. The piers will recast with new concrete. Due to the age of the structure, it is likely that lead-based paint is present on all or most painted surfaces. Leg C base casting will be removed and replaced with a new cast iron piece. All interior and exterior surfaces including but not limited to: the tower structure, stairs, hardware, concrete bases, entrance, railings (interior and exterior), original building components (excluding replacement windows and lantern glazing), tower legs, braces, lantern exterior, lantern roof and gallery deck shall be prepped and painted. The performance period is 193 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $500K and $1.0M. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5M. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by the agency.
