COPIES OF DRAWINGS AND OTHER TECHNICAL DATA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BEFORE RELEASE OF THE SOLICIATION. PRON: AX8F0956AX and AX8F0957AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 150 each of a FITTING, STABILATOR; NSN: 1560-01-081-9253; Part Number: 70209-07051-050, and 125 each of a FITTING ASSY,STABIL: NSN: 1560-01-088-1709; Part Number: 70209-07051-052, applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing for FITTING, STABILATOR; NSN: 1560-01-081-9253; Part Number: 70209-07051-050 is 150 each, 675 Days after Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 150 each, 450 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78419-5255. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing for FITTING ASSY,STABIL: NSN: 1560-01-088-1709; Part Number: 70209-07051-052 is 125 each, 540 Days after Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 125 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78419-5255. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The Government has rights to technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
