- REPAIR SERVICES for AWACS AN/AYC-12 Mission Computer. This synopsis is issued in anticipation of RFP FA8539-18-R-0003. This is a limited source requirement per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) TO: Lockheed Martin Systems Integration; CAGE (03640). Justification: Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawing related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
