The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 5 each of a PANEL,STRUCTURAL,AI, NSN: 1560-01-579-6804, Part Number: 70219-04200-070, 3 each of a DOOR, AIRCRAFT, NSN: 1560-01-642-6509, Part Number: 70217-01002-073, and 12 each of a BRACKET, ANGLE, NSN: 5340-01-581-6564, Part Number: 70202-06051-122, applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing for PANEL,STRUCTURAL,AI, NSN: 1560-01-579-6804, Part Number: 70219-04200-070 is 5 each, 720 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing for DOOR, AIRCRAFT, NSN: 1560-01-642-6509, Part Number: 70217-01002-073 is 3 each, 720 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing for BRACKET,ANGLE, NSN: 5340-01-581-6564, Part Number: 70202-06051-122 is 12 each, 270 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
