- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Air Force District of Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Blair Inc. Blair Inc. will be providing the Air Force a modified Medal of Honor Display in accordance with the conceptual design. This purchase will be made under Sources of Supply Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(c). The anticipated award date is 06 February 2018. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
