- NSN 1620-01-164-3783, PR 72071310 solicitation SPE4A7-18-R-0716 replaces solicitation SPE4A718T6951 which was a simplified acquisition turned to a formal buy It is Spring, Elastomeric used on the AH-64 helicopter. This is a part number item. Approved sources are Lord Corporation DBA AEROSPACE (76005), P/N: 11681121 and The Boeing Company (8V613), P/N: J-155 17-3 This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 46 each. This is not an Army Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is a critical application item. The requested total delivery would be 193 days. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Terms are stipulated for production delivery as FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Subcontracting Plan is not required. This solicitation is not over the TINA threshold, therefore certified cost and pricing will not be required. This is not a commercial item.
