- OR ANG Existing Trailer Pictures Trailer Specs Statement of Requirements Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 141WINGTRAILER is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, 06 Nov 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20171228. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 336214 with number of employees not to exceed 1,000. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: Multi-Purpose Trailer. The Air National Guard located at Fairchild AFB, WA is looking for a 20-25' long enclosed trailer with a stage and a 14-16' access door that turns into the stage, with a full cargo ramp for the rear door. See separate statement of requirements for exact specification. Graphics will be provided upon contract award. **This is currently an unfunded requirement. If funds become available a contract will be awarded.
