- This requirement will be for a requirements type contract for various chemicals to be delivered to the Anniston Army Depot facility on an as needed basis in accordance with the Statement of Work. Material Data Safety Sheets will be required with each delivery. The period of performance will be for one year. This procurement is to be a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 325180 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, and 5.102(a)(7); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing https://www.fbo.gov/. Estimated issue date is 20 February 2018. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access one of the above Internet addresses in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
