- Exhibit B: SoW Exhibit A: J/A Signed The Contracting Activity for USPFO Washington intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for THE REPAIR AND SERVICE OF HARRIS RADIOS. The applicable NAICS codes for this requirement is 811213. This intended contract action will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures accordance under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Full and open competition need not be provided for when: A statute expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specified source. The total estimated value is $41081.96. Any interested party may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement. Respondents shall not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice. Respondents shall also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
