Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source service contract Human Technologies Corporation (HTC) for Uniforms for the United States Army Corps of Engineers Operations Division employees. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests for a copy of the solicitation will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 15 days will be considered. If no affirmative written response is received, the supply contract will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed supply contract is based on FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Per HQUSACE Memorandum dated 03 August 2017, HTC is the required source for uniforms for the Operations Division. Award of this supply contract will be based upon compliance with the above memorandum, the possible responses to this notice, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the following email address no later than 2:00 PM (MST) 15 February 2018, francesca.m.luna@usace.army.mil.
