- CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is LAKPP20180102 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2005-96 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-01-18 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The NAWC-AD Lakehurst requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding Lista Industrial Workbenches, or equivalent in the following specified configurations: 1.1.1.1Two (2) stationary units with butcher block surface top (60 inch long, 36 inch deep and 39.5 inch height) with 22.19 inch wide cabinet pedestal (MP width) on one side of the bench consisting of one drawer compartment with bottom shelf and door combination. Butcher block surface shall consist of satin finished 1 ¾ inch thick hardwood with square edge., 2, EA; LI 002: Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding Lista Industrial Workbenches, or equivalent in the following specified configurations: 1.1.1.2Two (2) mobile units with stainless steel over wood surface top (60 inch long, 36 inch deep and 39.5 inch height) with 22.19 inch wide cabinet pedestal (MP width) on one side of the bench consisting of one drawer compartment with bottom shelf and door combination. Mobile benches shall include two fixed and 2 swivel 6 inch by 2 inch casters with wheel locks. Top shall consist of 1-13/16 inch thick woodcore with additional heavy-duty gauge stainless steel cover fitted over top and sides., 2, EA; LI 003: Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding Lista Industrial Workbenches, or equivalent in the following specified configurations: 1.1.1.3Two (2) mobile units with Lista Top wood core (60 inch long, 36 inch deep and 39.5 inch height) with 22.19 inch wide cabinet pedestal (MP width) on one side of the bench consisting of one drawer compartment with bottom shelf and door combination. Mobile benches shall include two fixed and 2 swivel 6 inch by 2 inch casters with wheel locks. Top shall consist of 1 ¾ inch thick worksurface with wood core and 3/8-inch thick sanded oil-resistant pressed wood, top and bottom., 2, EA; LI 004: Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding Lista Industrial Workbenches, or equivalent in the following specified configurations: 1.1.1.4One (1) mobile unit (60 inch long, 36 inch deep and 39.5 inch height) with stainless steel over wood surface with adjustable riser shelf assembly (1 -1/4 inch thick, 12 inches deep, adjustable in 1- ½ inch increments from 12 to 18 inches in butcher block) with 22.19 inch wide cabinet pedestal (MP width) on one side of the bench consisting of one drawer compartment with bottom shelf and door combination. Mobile benches shall include two fixed and 2 swivel 6 inch by 2 inch casters with wheel locks., 1, EA; LI 005: Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding Lista Industrial Workbenches, or equivalent in the following specified configurations: 1.1.1.5One (1) mobile unit (60 inch long, 36 inch deep and 39.5 inch height) with Lista Top wood core with adjustable riser shelf (1 -1/4 inch thick, 12 inches deep, adjustable in 1- ½ inch increments from 12 to 18 inches in butcher block) with 22.19 inch wide cabinet pedestal (MP width) on one side of the bench consisting of one drawer compartment with bottom shelf and door combination. Mobile benches shall include two fixed and 2 swivel 6 inch by 2 inch casters with wheel locks., 1, EA; LI 006: 1.1.2Procure, deliver and assemble freestanding shelving in the following specified configurations: two (2) full depth (27 ¾ inch deep) storage wall units that are 98-7/16 inches in height and approximately 227 inches in length with three (3) sets of one (1) adjustable 1-inch steel shelf plus required support clips, one (1) 8-1/4 inch self-adhesive label holder, and two (2) 9-7/8 inch shelf end panels per section. Individual sections shall be double width (56-1/4 inches wide) and include appropriately sized universal panels for floor and top, plus rear and end panels for lateral stability. Vertical side frames shall be heavy duty one-piece vertical uprights with welded horizontal struts and have frame top fill-in strips. Vertical uprights shall be slotted at 1-inch increments for placement of shelves. All components shall be painted using a polyester epoxy-hybrid powder coat paint in either beige or dark gray as selected after award., 2, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.fedbid.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, NAWC-AD Lakehurst intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. NAWC-AD Lakehurst is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a quote on www.FedBid.com. Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration.
