- The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation- Philadelphia is intending to add the below listed requirements to an existing corporate Long-Term Contract (SPE4AX-17-D-9415). The add on will be a four-year requirement which will act as a requirements contract with Moog (Cage: 0ZWK8). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of the following items: NSN: 2520-01-509-3311 (QTY: 40 per year) NSN: 1680-01-518-1731 (QTY: 20 per year) NSN: 1680-01-518-1734 (QTY: 20 per year) NSN: 2520-01-570-6296 (QTY: 20 per year) NSN: 2520-01-591-9736 (QTY: 20 per year) The only qualified source for this requirement is Moog. The Government has no technical data or drawings available for prospective offerors. All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only approved sources will be solicited, and source approval may be required. DLA Aviation Philadelphia will not delay award while source approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
