- Metals Analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry In Accordance With The Performance Work Statement (ANALYSIS OF FISH TISSUE SAMPLES(Small Mouth Bass)) The U.S. Geological Survey, Leetown Science Center, National Fish Health Research Laboratory requires metals analysis for 46 fish skin and 20 fish testes (Small Mouth Bass) by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry. Eight metals will be specified. The period of performance will be 02/08/2018 thru 03/07/2018. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quotes. Quotes are due on February 6, 2018 at 10:00am ES. The services for this requirement are under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541990; Size Standard: $15,000,000.00. This is a total small business set aside. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about February 1, 2018. All quotes must be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is February 07, 2018.
