- This RFI is issued solely for market research, information and planning purposes only, it does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The 502d Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought to identify capable sources in and around the local San Antonio area for multiple potential A&E contract. Affirmative responses from interested and capable firms is hereby requested. Capability statements are not required but are welcomed. If your organization is capable and interested, please provide response to Contract Administrator Melissa De Coste via email at melissa.de_coste@us.af.mil and to Contracting Officer Andrew Sorensen via email at andrew.sorensen.1@us.af.mil no later than 7 Feb 2018 at 10:00AM CST.
