COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N0017818R6012 Su bmitted by: Kimberly Curtin NAI CS Code: 334515 FSC Code: 7030 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 01 February 2018 Anticipated Closing Date: 21 February 2018 Contracts POC Name: Kimberly Curtin Telephone#: 540-653-2694 Email Address: kimberly.curtin@navy.mil Code and Description: 70 - Automatic Data Processing Equipment (Including Firmware), Software, Supplies and Support Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818R6012 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Data Physics Corporation for the following: Item 0001 - P/N DP850-99S Item 0002 - P/N DP850-99S Item 0003 - P/N DP850-99S Item 0004 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 1 Item 0005 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 1 Item 0006 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 1 Item 0007 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 2 Item 0008 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 2 Item 0009 - P/N DP850-99S- Option 2 The required Data Physics hardware and software are currently used. The introduction of any other manufacturer's hardware/software would require replacing all existing test software and hardware. The required hardware support is exclusive to Data Physics Corporation. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 21 February 2018, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 15 March 2018.
