Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated award date is 3/15/2018. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement &/or a proposal which if received prior to 02/02/2018 may be considered by the agency. Responses received from this solicitation will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the agency not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
