- Exhibit J.19 ELEVATORS for 50 UN Plaza. The purpose of this modification is to attach document titled Exhibit J.19 Elevators to the sources sought notice and extend response date to 02/07/2018 at PM PST. This is a Sources Sought announcement solely for informational and market research purposes for the Operations, Maintenance and Elevator Services as per draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached for the following location: 50 United Nations Plaza Federal Building, San Francisco, CA 94102. The Government is seeking information on whether Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program companies for a contemplated 8(a) sole source award, but also have socio-economic certifications, either (1) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) (including Economically Disadvantaged (EDWOSB), or (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or (3) HUBZone, (8(a) joint ventures will be considered) who can perform the tasks per the attached draft PWS. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance, and repair of the equipment and components of the systems listed in draft PWS that are located within the property line of the building.
